Nicely done, a good balance of politics and interaction between the characters. I would have like it to go on longer but that's just another sign of good writing.

I take it 'rokage' is an amalgamation of 'hokage' and 'rokudaime'- I was a little confused at first but since it kept appearing it's obviously not a typo...
