*dies*  I'VE BEEN ACCEPTED OH GOD YES.  Still pending final review, but if all goes well, I'll spend my junior year of university studying abroad in Ireland.  I...can't even contain myself.

(I wish my grandfather was still alive for me to tell him; he was the one who convinced all his grandkids that he was an overgrown leprechaun, and that our family had emigrated from Ireland because we were too tall to fit in the sidhe mounds.  XD)

If you come from Ireland you could look up your family lineage too!

(that's what my family's planning on doing when I get married in Poland)

Hee, I was plannng on it. The university I put as my top choice is located in the county that my family is supposed to have lived in, so hopefully I'll be able to get my grubby little hands on their records.

(And I hope your wedding is full of dancing and beer and unbearably sappy things. XD)
