*Zen hugs.* Take care of yourself...You may be numb now, but it's going to hit like a ton of bricks later. Even when it's an expected thing, it still feels like one of the pillars of the world have gone out from under everything. There are going to be times when you feel perfectly normal, and then something will remind you, and it'll come crashing down.
