I'm trying to get back into Supernatural. Do you think I should skip the trainwreck episodes or just get tipsy first? And by 'tipsy' I mean drunk.

I actually enjoyed S8, or at least the latter half - plenty of Sammy!whump and the kind of bro moments that have been sorely lacking for a long time. Some twists made me roll my eyes, but whatevs, it means new canon for more fic.
