Um, just a note...if anyone wants to go see the movie "War of the Worlds"...well, let's just say that it should have been R, not PG-13.  And prepare for things like sprayed blood, general mass hysteria, and a father choosing between his children.  It's a well-done movie, honestly, and Tom Cruise didn't ruin it.

I hated it.

For someone who can watch people be chainsawed, hacked, mutilated, etc. without blinking an eye, I almost walked out of the theater once or twice.  So, if you're an emotional person like me, make sure you bring some tissues.

I personally thought it was great, but not in the 'it kicked ass' sort of way.

More of the 'This is what I alwasy thought it would be like if the end of the world ever happened'.

Very dark things about human nature coming out. I don't have a lot of faith in people. Especially when it comes down to 'every one for themselves'.

I see what you're saying on it and respect it. It's not an upper movie, that's for sure.

I also thought it was pretty good, and was pleasantly surprised that Tom Cruise didn't ruin it. Though I found the little girl INCREDIBLY annoying.

It will just never compare to the orioginal story and the musical version I adore so much *shrugs*

*laughs quietly* Thanks, Sarah. That was pretty good.
Sorry I haven't been replying to you for like...two, three days? I've just been...moping, and sleeping, and pretending that I'm not. So, sorry.

Moping?! Why's this? or is it a private matter you'd rather not speak of? Didn't you tell me that impartial ears sometimes help? Cause, y'know, I love listening! Aah. I don't want this to sound too perky. =/ Do you need a distraction?
Despite what other negative people (possibly a mother?) have said, you ARRREEE magnificent. And you're really helpful from what I've heard... And we're teenagers, so we're allowed to be moody.
Have you been out to enjoy nature lately? An adventure may help clear your mind?
Or, have any girly friends? Because maybe a night out at a friends would be good? And you can watch coryny horror movies? Or just any old comedy, or if you're in for sap..? And if you've got it, icecreams always enjoyable?
So would you like me to draw you a picture? Because I'd love to spend that time on you!
*very willing to listen to anything you need/want to talk about*
