More Updates (some spoilers here for HBP, so beware)

Nevermore been's updated.  Kind of a boring chapter, really, but at least it's an update.  Still just bullshitting my way through.  ^_^;

I'm just full of one-shots, aren't I?  *sighs*  Written in the Stars is a fluffy piece inspired from spending too much time poring over astrological books and whatnot.  I've been considering doing Draco's chart, but that might be too repetitive.  I don't think I will, unless someone asks for it specifically.

 

Speaking of one-shots...that Paradise Lost one is still in the process of being written, and there's another one in my head inspired by HBP.  Both are kinda dark, but hey, it's better than the sap I put in Written in the Stars.  *shudders*  Should I just create another profile to house my one-shots, so it doesn't fill up my current one?  *exasperated*

I've been conflicted over what to do with Lucem Ferre.  I could put in a lot of the events of HBP, but I don't want to just regurgitate the entire book (trust me, I've read far too many fics rewriting HP and the SS to even consider that).  Though obviously there would be major changes, considering how I've apparently been basing Snape on the wrong assumptions thus far, at least as far as his loyalties go (and the fact that it's an eventual HP/SS).  *scowls*  I should have known, all that shit about, "Don't call the Dark Lord by his name!".  I mean, I even guessed that he was...well, the person in the title.

By the way, I went back through DDtM and removed unnecessary AN's.  I won't get to any grammatical corrections for a while, because I'm lazy and don't feel like it right now.

Duchessa - no idea.  Leos and Geminis together...frightening thought, in my mind.  Then again, I'm an Aries in love with a Scorpio, so...*sweatdrops*  Personally, I try not to put too much faith in astrology, but I think it's fascinating nevertheless, and the idea of planets influencing your personality does make (esoteric) sense.  To an extent.

tdei - the mention of a hart in DDtM actually came from an old Aruthurian legend I can't even remember now except for the white hart leaping through the Great Hall.

doll maker - Michelle, quit making fun of me.  It isn't my fault Bruce Wayne decides to run around in Spandex and Kevlar.  And Harry's supposed to be 'emo', because then Snape can call him a fucking moron.  I'm calling you now to bitch at you. *smirks evilly*

Just for the record, I do not support the current musical/fashion trend called 'emo'.  I believe it to be a mainstream exploitation of adolescent insecurities.  Seriously.  And it's just really annoying, and so cliche it makes me want to vomit all over Hawthorne Heights and (especially) My Chemical Romance.  And Papa Roach.  And Good Charlotte.  And Green Day.  If you're going to resort to self-mutilation, at least choose something more interesting than wrist-cutting!  *huffs*  But I digress.

risi - why Snape went back to Voldemort after he was discovered...well, it all has to do with my interpretation of the Dark Mark and Snape's realistic (*cough* fatalist *cough*) views.  But again, I don't want to tell why just yet; Snape will be explaining it to Harry later on ('cause he's wondering the exact same things).

Does anyone else think Johnny Depp would be brilliant to play the Joker in the Batman Begins sequel?

Yes, sorry...my parents told me we were going up to sister's a few days ago without warning. Hating my summer so far, just because it's been sooooooo boring, and lately I've been rtying to finish the homework I've barely started. *scowls at teachers*
How about you? Hey, does Canada really have a holiday called 'Family Day'? 'Cause if so, I'm jealous. ^_^

Err.. I don't think we have a holiday called Family Day.. Umm.. We might have a day dedicated to families? *blinks* But I don't recall ever..umm..celebrating, or whatever. Hmm.. We have a mothers, fathers and grandparents day though? So.. No need to be jealous! ^^
